Let me put my herbal knowledge to use helping you address a specific health challenge or learn more about how to improve your general wellness with plants - improve your immune system function, balance your hormones, learn first aid for minor injuries, aid easy digestion, improve your sleep, etc. This initial appointment includes an intake questionnaire and at least 2 hours of my time behind the scenes researching the best herbal remedies specifically for you.
